1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

We plan to expand our offerings to include trekking, hiking, and other adventure activities. These Terms will apply to all current and future services.

4. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Booking Requirements

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives
• Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons
• Minimum age requirements and health restrictions apply (detailed in Section 6)

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment can be made online, cash, or through authorized payment methods
• Full payment or advance deposit may be required to confirm booking
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance: 70% refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

5. WEATHER AND OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

5.1 Weather Dependencies

• Paragliding and outdoor activities are weather-dependent
• Activities may be cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather conditions
• Our instructors have the final authority on weather suitability
• No compensation for inconvenience due to weather cancellations

5.2 Safety Protocols

• All activities will be conducted following international safety standards
• Safety briefings are mandatory for all participants
• Failure to follow safety instructions may result in activity termination without refund

6. PARTICIPANT ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

6.1 Age Requirements

• Paragliding: Minimum 14 years (parental consent required for minors)
• Other Activities: Age limits will be specified per activity
• Maximum age limit may apply based on health assessment

6.2 Health and Fitness Requirements

• Participants must be in good physical and mental health
• Pre-existing medical conditions must be declared
• Pregnant women cannot participate in paragliding activities
• Weight restrictions: 40-90 kg for tandem paragliding
• Heart conditions, epilepsy, or recent surgeries may disqualify participation

6.3 Mandatory Declarations

• Medical fitness certificate may be required
• Alcohol/drug consumption before activities is strictly prohibited
• Participants must complete health declaration forms

7. LIABILITY AND RISK ASSUMPTION

7.1 Inherent Risks

Adventure activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Weather-related hazards
• Equipment malfunction (despite regular maintenance)
• Human error
• Natural terrain hazards
• Physical injury or death

7.2 Assumption of Risk

• Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with activities
• Participation is entirely voluntary and at participant's own risk
• Comprehensive insurance coverage is recommended for all participants

7.3 Limitation of Liability

• Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Company maintains appropriate insurance but participants should have personal coverage
• Indian law and jurisdiction will apply to all disputes

8. INSURANCE AND SAFETY

8.1 Equipment Standards

• All equipment meets or exceeds international safety standards
• Regular maintenance and safety checks are conducted
• Equipment is replaced as per manufacturer guidelines

8.2 Instructor Qualifications

• All instructors are certified by recognized paragliding associations
• Regular training updates and safety certifications maintained
• Instructor-to-participant ratios maintained as per safety standards

8.3 Emergency Procedures

• Emergency response plans are in place for all activities
• First aid facilities available at launch sites
• Emergency contact information must be provided by participants

9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

9.1 Expected Behavior

• Follow all safety instructions without exception
• Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants
• No consumption of alcohol or drugs before/during activities
• Appropriate clothing and footwear required

9.2 Prohibited Activities

• Photography/videography without permission during safety-critical moments
• Interference with equipment without authorization
• Behavior that endangers self or others
• Violation of local laws or customs

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Content Rights

• All website content, logos, and materials are protected by copyright
• Photos/videos taken during activities may be used for marketing purposes
• Participants consent to use of their images unless explicitly opted out

10.2 Social Media

• Participants are encouraged to share experiences on social media
• Tag @deorskyventure and use relevant hashtags
• Company may share participant content with proper attribution

11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

• Personal information collected is governed by our Privacy Policy
• Minimum necessary information collected for safety and legal compliance
• Information may be shared with emergency services if required

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures due to:
